Regarding Michaelas comparison of online backup suppliers, can someone explain what exactly is and what are the benefits of a longer default retention period. He points out that http://www.backupanytime.com/contact.htm have the longest default retention period in the industry and that with backupanytime.com it is also fully configurable. I am a client of theirs but for different reasons. As it happens, what Michaela said is correct. Why are the other suppliers not following suit. I understand the free suppliers cant for cost reasons and that Ahsay providers cant but I thought the move away from free and Ahsay was a mass exodus for some time now....
