I find online backup works great for me. Currently i backup over 100gb of data using online backup. I researched a bunch of companies, and found 2 which i really like. Data Deposit Box (which advertises $2 per GB) and i found another company which i decided to use called Live Tech Online. They advertise $9.95 +$1 per gb. you get 2GB included with your sign up. Also they offered me a discount since i wanted to have 100GB quota.
they actually connected to my computer with my permission and setup my entire backup for me! it didn't take long at all, and now my backups occur automatically!
